Story of a fan of Anggun

Miss T, a Anggun fans catch up to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. He even lived in Bal. Anggun and idolized since the age of 14 years.

Anggun in Kyiv.

It’s been months since i’ve been back in good’ol Europe, treating the citizens of Ukraine to my genius banter on a cable tv station. Indonesia, however, still refuses to let go, and some days ago I got the rare and wonderful opportunity to interview Indonesian diva Anggun Cipta Sasmi who came to Kyiv with Eurovision-related promotions. After years of frolicking with politicians and celebrities I finally discovered what it is to feel star-struck. Anggun’s voice has inspired me since 1998. Her music was one of the reasons I wanted to discover Indonesia in the first place. There you go. You steer peoples lives and you don’t even suspect it.

BTW She was absolutely lovely, patiently answered all my stupid questions, even waited for me to take this picture!! Just as charismatic in real life as she is on video and on the stage, and up close looks not a day older than 20! On a side note, it was great to talk to an Indonesian again, took me back to *my Asia*.
