Anggun's team is working hard on the definitive version of the song she will perform next May in Baku, under the French flag. Still, no date of release is given by her management at Warner Music France.
It will certainly be before the end of January but it has to be discussed with people at France 3, as the première needs the largest audience, promo manager declares. The final mix will be ready by the end of next week, he adds, there was a lot of work on it, as the demo lasted 3’30 and it has to cut correctly. There is also a balance to find with the chorus and verses, and a good introducing part. The song has to be efficient immediately and that’s what the artistic team is working non-stop on.
The song will have one third in English, the other two thirds in French. A full English version will be recorded. The 3-minute version will be the one available for sale, as soon as the presentation is made.
Sessions are going very well, Anggun tweets. She is more than happy to take the challenge and to know that there are high expectations.
