Presenting Anggun, France's hope for 2012. This is actually the first time La France is attending Eurovision In Concert, we are very proud to welcome Anggun to Amsterdam. Her Eurovision entry is Echo (You and I).
What if you could tell the world who you really are in 12 songs? That’s a bit what it feels like when you listen to Echoes, Anggun’s much-awaited new album.
The latest announced artist for Eurovision in Concert (and most likely the last one) is Moldova's Pasha Parfeny. In a very strong national final, he managed to beat all the other candidates and won a ticket to Baku. In Amsterdam, this weekend he will demonstrate why he deserved the national victory... and well if you all want it, the international one too. Who knows?!
In 2008 Portugal was one of the fan favorits, when Vania Fernandes sang the beautiful Senhora do Mar, written by Andrej Babic. This year the Portuguese send a song by this same Andrej Babic again. And an enchanting song it is: Vida minha. We are proud to announce Filipa Sousa as the 24th participant in this year's Eurovision In Concert on 21 April.
We're very happy that host country Azerbaijan is going to be represented too at Eurovision In Concert, this year. Sabina Babayeva has the honor to sing in her own country.
